Academic Advisors can help with:

• Developing an academic plan and course selection
• Explaining UCCS's degree programs
• Military Forms (104R, Form 48, ROTC, etc)
• Graduation Check/Senior Audit
• Transfer Credits
• Probation/Suspension
• Degree Audit questions
• Study Abroad/National Student Exchange (NSE)
   

Current students can schedule appointments with their assigned Advisor online through Student Success Connect.

1. Log in to Student Success Connect with your UCCS credentials
2. Select the "Advising" tab.
3. Select "Schedule a Meeting"
4. Select an In-Person or Online date and time and select "Continue to Registration"

5. Provide a primary reason for your meeting along with questions or concerns to allow your advisor to better prepare for the appointment

6. A confirmation should be emailed shortly after submitting

If you are having difficulty scheduling an appointment using Student Success Connect, please contact us.

• If you need a form completed, please bring that with you to the appointment.
• Prepare a list of questions or issues that you would like to discuss with your advisor.

In-person Appointments:

• Scheduled appointments are 30 minutes in length.
• Please arrive for your appointment at least 5 minutes early to check in at our front desk in Main Hall 208.
• When you check in at the front desk, have your Student ID ready.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will ask you to reschedule.

Online Appointments:

• Scheduled appointments are 30 minutes in length.
• If you are out of state or an online learner, this is a great way to stay in touch with your advisor.
• Students can conduct remote appointments via Zoom. 
• Once you schedule, you will receive a confirmation email and a 24 hour reminder email that contain the link to access the Zoom session.
